Modern Ruin

I took this picture, ironically, in the parking lot next to Clonmacnoise in Ireland; most of the other negatives on this picture's roll of film were of ancient Irish ruins, and yet, this car looked worse preserved than the Viking-sacked cloister. As is often the case in Ireland, the weather was overcast when I took this, and therefore the extraction of crisp whites and blacks was difficult, even with a high filter (also, the scanner added the sepian tone).
